Position: Senior System Administrator
Scope: The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for ensuring the company's IT infrastructure remains highly available, performant, and secure. This includes designing, managing, and maintaining infrastructure components such as firewalls, virtual environments, Wi-Fi, PBX/VoIP systems, data center hardware, and backup solutions. The role involves proactive management, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing system upgrades to implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos), including VPN configurations, web server publishing, and quota monitoring.
- Administer and maintain virtual environments (e.g., vSphere), including server optimization and migration of virtual machines.
- Monitor and troubleshoot physical hardware such as servers, switches, and SAN systems.
- Configure and manage Wi-Fi systems (e.g., Aruba).
- Implement and managing PBX and VoIP systems (e.g., Yeastar, 3CX), including user extensions and call flow enhancements.
- Ensure secure and efficient data communication across LAN/WAN.
- Oversee SAN and UPS performance in data centers.
- Implement and monitor backup jobs for virtual machines using tools like Veeam.
- Maintain disaster recovery protocols and test cases.
- Design and implement network security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and domain policies.
- Create and deploy WDS images for system installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust infrastructure solutions.

Job Specifications:
- Education: University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in IT infrastructure management.
- Skills: Proficient in infrastructure tools and platforms.
