- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with a minimum of 2 years in budgeting, planning, and forecasting a call center environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in using financial management tools.
- English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
