What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with expertise in digital marketing to lead business expansion efforts in the Gulf and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a dual focus: driving sales of digital marketing services and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to train, mentor, and upskill our existing sales team. This role will evolve to include building and managing a dedicated sales team for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Gulf and Middle East region.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the region.
- Lead pitches, negotiations, and contract closures.

SME & Training:
- Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in digital marketing to the current sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the team’s knowledge and sales capabilities in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.

Team Building:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on digital marketing services.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.

Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on regional market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market developments to senior management.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of 5 to 7 years in business development, sales, or account management in digital marketing services.
- Experience in the Gulf and Middle East markets, with a strong network of contacts.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and data analytics.
- Experience in working within the digital marketing ecosystem in the Gulf region.
- Certification in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Strong ability to train, mentor, and inspire sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Leadership skills with experience in team building and management.
