Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier professionals who share our passion for excellence. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and key competencies.
• Utilise multiple channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide detailed feedback and consultative support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with HR teams to support onboarding and other HR-related functions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
• Mass hiring experience is a must
• Call center experience is a must
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing a quality experience for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Teamwork: Highly collaborative, able to work well within and across diverse teams.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Experience: Proficient in using ATS systems and other recruitment technologies.
• English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
