What You'll Do in This Role

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll bring ideas to life through striking graphics and captivating motion design. You're expected to juggle a variety of projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering customer-centric designs that align with client needs and brand guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Design and Management:
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms, including brand guidelines, logo designs, and other visual assets.
• Create compelling designs for social media, email marketing, website, and more.
2. Graphic Design Expertise:
• Craft high-quality visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Design layouts, infographics, and promotional materials that align with our brand.
3. Motion Design and Video Editing:
• Create and edit motion graphics using After Effects and video content with Premiere Pro.
• Develop engaging animations for social media, website, and other digital campaigns.
4. Creative Projects:
• Conceptualize and execute innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for campaigns and events.

Essential Skills and Experience Required

• At least 3 Years of experience in Graphic & Motion Design is a MUST. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion and video design.
• Very Good to Fluent English speaker.
• Demonstrated experience in brand design, including guidelines and logo creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a blend of graphic and motion design work.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt designs to various platforms.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
