We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work 3 days remotely and 2 days in our office, with a competitive salary range, depending on your experience and expertise.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in SEO, content creation, and website management to maintain an effective and engaging digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Presence Management:
• Develop and execute strategies to improve website visibility and performance through SEO.
• Manage and maintain the company website, including Kalam Connect, ensuring an optimized and user-friendly experience.
2. Social Media Management:
• Oversee all social media platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to create compelling visuals and campaigns.
3. Email Marketing:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation setup and tracking.
4. Media Buying and Ads Management:
• Manage social media ads, Google Ads, and other media buying activities.
• Track ad performance and optimize for better results.
5. Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance metrics and create detailed reports to guide strategy improvements.
• Conduct regular tracking and analysis to ensure all campaigns meet or exceed objectives.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of experience in Digital marketing.
• Proven experience in SEO, website management, and content creation.
• Proficiency in social media management, scheduling tools, and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of email marketing automation and tools.
• Experience in media buying and ad campaign management (social media ads, Google Ads).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics effectively.
• Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with designers and other team members.

Working Schedule:

• Shift: 3 PM - 12 AM (with an hour break).
• Working Days: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
