Screener

Job Description:
Including but not limited to:
- Review many applications daily to identify candidates who meet basic eligibility criteria.
- Cross-check candidate profiles with predefined role requirements through phone screening (e.g., language proficiency, experience, and certifications).
- Tag and categorize applicants based on qualifications and hiring priorities.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Ensure all screened candidates are properly labeled in the system for easy tracking and retrieval.
- Flag duplicate or incomplete applications for follow-up.
- Send initial email responses to candidates regarding their application status.
- Forward shortlisted candidates to recruiters or hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Escalate any unusual or unclear applications to senior recruiters for review.
- Ensure all applications are processed according to company policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not required).- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, screening, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working Environment
- Location: Maadi.
- Working Conditions: hybrid 2 days on site
- Working Hours: Shifts between 02:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
