Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Automation Engineer to join our digital transformation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions that drive business efficiency, scalability, and innovation. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to deliver high-impact automation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, including process automation, workflow orchestration, and integration of digital tools.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using automation platforms (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or custom scripts).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver automation projects on time.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, solution designs, and technical guides.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers and project teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support deployed automation processes, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in automation and digital transformation.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and technical innovation within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with leading automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Proven track record of delivering successful automation projects as part of digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with API integrations, databases, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Certification in relevant automation platforms is preferred.
