E-Learning Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D team on developing and delivering trainings that support training strategic goals and development needs/requests across departments.
- Partner with the R&D, CRM & OPS teams in creating and implementing Client related training programs and courses.
- Apply ID theories (SAM-ADDIE-Gagne’s Principles- Bloom's Taxonomy-Action Mapping) on all opened training needs Internal or Client as well as TNAs.
- Works collaboratively with R&D and SMEs to set the program lesson plan, content reference (handouts) leading to course’s storyboard.
- Create short, visually stimulating videos to illustrate complex concepts and software workflows.
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
- Develop (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) eLearning courses following storyboards, design documents and scripts using Articulate Storyline 360 or other authoring tools.
- Create multimedia elements such as Audio, Video, Simulations, Practices, Role-plays, Games, etc.
- Devise modes of assessment, such as quizzes or tests, to measure the effectiveness of the course.
- Ensure that training programs are uploaded, reviewed, and published on an e-learning platform.
- Maintain project documentation, courses database, and perform ongoing course maintenance as necessary.
- Create and manage E-learners database, while tracking & reporting their training performance.
- Ability to perform basic IT support and troubleshooting related to eLearning courses
- Collect feedback from trainees, management, employees& other departments on our e-learning solutions on LMS to enhance the learning experience.
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Independent and motivated to handle multiple complex projects and effectively adhere to deadlines and project plans
- Adopt and participate in an environment of teamwork, flexibility, accountability, and collaboration with problem-solving mindset.
